A cipő nagyon szép. A vásárlással minden rendben ment! Valamiért az volt bennem 2 betéttel érkezik de csak egy volt a csomagban. A kézbesítés picit nehezen ment. A kiszállító cég nem küld értesítést a csomag kiszállításáról csak 2 perccel előtte hív, így elsőre nem tudtam átvenni. A megbeszélt második időpontban nem hozták ki. A harmadik alkalommal sikerült átvennem.

I just received my pair and I gotta admit, they’re just simply beautiful. I got them in a size 48, afraid they wouldn’t fit. But they do. Stunning so far. I love the extra laces and the bag as well as the . I would’ve loved a little manual how to take care of them. I’m sure you guys offer these info’s on the website but I think it would be of value to receive it with your order as well. This would’ve made the experience complete. I hope they’re going to withstand the test of time. Thanks a lot, definitely won me as a future customer.
Bought two pair of shoes and turned out there were small! I asked to return but they said they wouldn’t return items that were bought on sale! On top of this, I had to pay 100 GBP for customs. None of these were mentioned in their policy! Horrible

Thank you for your order. We're sorry you've had to pay customs in the UK, this is completely the responsibility of UK customs, we don't charge any additional taxes on top of the advertised price. Regarding sales, yes we do and have always mentioned this on our policy which reads: 'Outside the EU, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items do not qualify for free returns or exchanges.'

I recently purchased a pair of Legacy Niagara sneakers on sale. These are really beautiful sneakers so I’m surprised that they’re no longer available. The blue suede is so soft and really sparkles. The brown leather tongue is a nice design feature and creates a stark color contrast with the blue suede. I found that I’m a size 44 across the brand so I can buy with confidence without trying on sneakers in advance. I’m looking forward to seeing what other designs JAK comes up with in the future!
Bought the nobuks in off green, INCREDIBLE! The stitching, the feel, the comfort, and even alternate insoles with a hand signed thank you card in the box?!? Seriously, do yourself a favor and tell all your friends this company is stellar. This will be my first pair of many.

Ordered a pair of 140 pound shoes to be delivered to the uk. Said delivery was free. Got a message from dhl telling me I had to pay another 38 pound in tax if I wanted to receive my shoes. I tried to cancel order as I would not of paid another 40 for the Shoes. Was told I could cancel the order but would have to pay the 50 euro delivery back to Jaks, they said it says on the website that this may happen. I think it’s unfair of jaks to expect me to pay the extra or even to pay to send it back

We appreciate your frustration, however, tax collection is not charged by us, but instead by the UK government, since (as you are probably aware), the UK is no longer a member of the European Union. We clearly state on our website 'For shipping outside the European Union, import duties may be due, paid to the carrier.'. Here, our policy, or law does not apply, UK law applies, which you should be aware of in the first place. We cannot be held responsible or liable for order abandonment and the inherent shipping costs. Again, we really understand and share your frustration, but as much as we care, we cannot enforce Tax policy on the United Kingdom. I recently purchased a pair of Jak shoes. Prior to making a decision on what size to buy, I interacted with the Jak chat. The answers were very clear and timely. I received the shoes very quickly upon ordering (I live outside of Portugal). They came in a beautiful box with a nice personalized message. The shoes themselves are great too and very comfy. Highlly recommended!!!

I meant to write this a while back. I was seeking a smart leather pair of trainers that would be both comfortable and stylish. These shoes have both. I ordered a couple of pairs of Jak shoes in navy becuase I wasn't sure which would fit best - I'm a half size. In the end I plumped for the larger size. The ordering and return was seamless and when I asked for some advice about the exact fit, I was immediately offered a pair of leather insoles posted separately. I was super impressed by the dedication shown by the team behind this brand. The shoes are such a beautiful quality and so smart. If I had one niggle, it would be that the shoelaces are very unforgiving and perhaps might be laced differently when they arrive so they are easier to put on. Otherwise a perfect product of excellent quality. Will definitely buy again in the future.
The Royal White shoe is a masterpiece- my favorite sneaker. I originally ordered a size 43 (I wear size 10 US usually), but it was too big. I exchanged for a size 42 and it is perfect. The shoe is so minimal which is what I like.
Ordered Wednesday and arrived on Friday. Very well made and beautiful clean design. I’m sure it won’t be my last pair. you
